Care Professional Support Coach (Full Time)

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Care Professional Support Coach is an expert mentor who is to serve as a guide, coach or counselor and assist in the learning, development, and support of Home Instead Care Professionals. The Care Professional Support Coach will build a trusting relationship with Home Instead’s Care Professionals, thereby helping to reduce anxiety and increase confidence and competence in performing job duties.

Schedule-Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm

• Do you have any experience with coaching, mentoring, or educating?
• Can you pass a criminal background check & drug test?

Your Duties!

• Evaluate and guide new Care Professionals
• Provide coaching and hands-on training
• Assist Care Professionals to graduate to higher levels of care
• Introduce the new Care Professionals to their clients
• Ensure that Care Professionals follow best practices when caring for clients
• Be available to answer questions and provide guidance or instruction to Care Professionals
• Comfortable with technology and a willingness to master Home Instead procedures and culture!
• Assist with call-out shifts when necessary
