What You’ll Be Responsible For:

As an Advanced Scheduler, your role goes beyond same-day scheduling, you’ll be looking ahead to proactively staff future shifts and keep our clients consistently supported. Your strategic scheduling ensures both client satisfaction and Care Pro retention. You’ll be the person who spots potential challenges before they happen and has a plan in place. It’s more than just filling slots, it’s about balancing priorities, seeing patterns, and staying five steps ahead.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategically staffing future shifts based on client needs, caregiver availability, and request offs
• Managing and updating schedules in WellSky with accuracy and foresight
• Identifying potential staffing gaps and acting before they become urgent
• Communicating upcoming shift opportunities to Care Pros
• Collaborating with your team to ensure seamless daily and long-term coverage
• Supporting last-minute changes while maintaining a proactive scheduling mindset

What You Bring to the Role:

• You love analyzing, organizing, and optimizing schedules
• You enjoy working independently and taking initiative
• You have strong attention to detail but also see how your work impacts the bigger picture
• Experience in WellSky is strongly preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is a plus. Willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to change
• You are calm under pressure and confident problem-solver
• You communicate clearly, professionally, and with empathy over the phone
